The vines of this variety are grown in vineyards located about 90 meters above sea level, on soil rich in skeleton and clay. The grapes are vinified in steel at a controlled temperature. We then continue with the aging, which takes place first for 14 months in new barriques and after bottling, for another 12 months directly in glass.
