Sottimano Barbaresco Cottà is a soft and very elegant red. It has a deep garnet color. On the nose it reveals its aging potential, thanks to the balsamic notes just mentioned, combined with sensations of small red fruits and a slight floral scent. In aging its bouquet expands in the aromas of tobacco and sweet spices. The taste is confirmed as particularly structured and, at the same time, elegant; in a word, classic, but also fine, soft and delicately fruity, with good tannins and a solid structure. Excellent with red meats and aged cheeses.
