Like the best blended Barolos, Federico Scarzello's is a Barolo that comes from two different vineyards in the municipality of Barolo: Terlo and Sarmassa. The grapes, once taken to the cellar, are processed with the utmost respect for the integrity of the fruit, with long macerations but with very delicate extractions. This is how this Barolo is synonymous with elegance and freshness, with a whispered and never overbearing style, with a wine that has been appreciated since its early years but which is able to evolve very well in the bottle.
