This Chianti Classico reserve is produced from a single vineyard and made almost exclusively with grapes of the Sangioveto variety, adding a small amount of Canaiolo and Colorino. It matures in small French oak barrels for about 18 months, followed by an equivalent period of refinement in the bottle. The nose has notes of violets, black cherry, tobacco and cloves. In the mouth it is structured and virile.
