Ruby red with light garnet nuances, the nose reveals beautiful aromas of cherry, spice and vanilla. On the palate it is dry, soft, intense, pleasantly tannic, harmonious and velvety. It closes with a slightly bitter finish of excellent persistence. Throughout the meal, it goes well with rich second courses based on meat, even stewed, and medium-aged cheeses.
