Tizzonero - La Carraia - Umbria - 2020

The "Tizzonero" owes its name to the depth of color and the rather low yields per hectare. The nose recalls notes of sour cherries, black currants, chocolate, cinchona and licorice.

The flavor of the volcanic soils and the richness of the extract resonate in the mouth. The impact is soft, juicy and with a nice persistence. Enjoyable on lamb chops, pheasant, roast duck, polenta with cheese.
