Verney Vermouth delle Alpi- Valdotein - 200ml

Vermouth was born in Turin in 1786. The reigning house of Savoy brought this aromatized wine into vogue and in those times various herbalists worked hard to identify the most pleasant recipe. That of the Verney amaro is inspired by an inscription in 1880 and attributed to the Abbé Edouard Berard, a botanist who lived in Aosta in 1800, which requires the presence of "mountain wine", of "parietta" (Savory) and of "benefort ” (wormwood). On the palate it is rich and the nose brings characteristic spices and aromatic notes of "sarieula" (Common Thyme), the protagonist of the alpine aromas of the Val d'Aosta.
